Shapes purchase comes with optional Software Assurance updates for a period of
2 Years from your date of purchase.
The automatic
registration process introduced for
SharePoint Shapes means that you no longer need to
manually register. The registration of your shapes will be based
on your purchase information and is automatic.
For future updates, you will
receive an email inviting you to update your purchased
Visio for SharePoint Shapes
libraries. Each email will have two "Update Keys"
which
can be used once each, so if your first attempt is
interrupted for any reason what-so-ever, you can have another
attempt.
