Your product is activated
in the Fully Paid version (Install .EXE) file that you
received when you purchased the product online.
To qualify for an Educational or
Not-For-Profit License you
must be one of the following:

You MUST BE a STATE
or GOVERNMENT recognized education providing
institution in your jurisdiction to be considered
for an Educational License.

You MUST BE a CURRENT
STUDENT attending no less than 10 hours per week at
a STATE or GOVERNMENT recognized education providing
institution in your jurisdiction to be considered
for an Educational License.

You MUST BE CURRENTLY
STUDYING a recognized Microsoft SharePoint/MOSS/WSS
training course by a recognized Microsoft Training
Provider to be considered for an Educational
License.

A registered charity
for purposes of tax consideration in your
jurisdiction. You must not be of a profitable nature
and not be a membership based club which must return
any profits to members.
If you are a bona-fide
Educational Institution as defined in item 1 above, you
may be granted a single license to use the SOFTWARE on a
single computer for the purposes of teaching. You are
also granted a single license to use the SOFTWARE in the
production of your own institutional SharePoint site and
services. If you are STATE or GOVERNMENT owned, you may
not pass on or in any way allow benefit to that STATE OR
GOVERNMENT, they will need to purchase an appropriate
license more suited to their own needs.
If you are a bona-fide
Student as defined in item 2 above, you may be granted a
single license to use the SOFTWARE for educational
purposes that are no way remunerated or financially
rewarded. You may not use the software to produce
commercial work regardless of whether you are paid for
it or not. Your license is ONLY VALID whilst you are
attending the Institution as defined in item 1 and
meeting the burden of a student as identified in item 2.
Your license is revoked when your tuition concludes,
unless you choose to pay the-then applicable upgrade
fee.
If you are a bona-fide
Student attending or otherwise actively participating in
a recognized Microsoft SharePoint, MOSS or WSS training
course, you may be granted a single license to use the
SOFTWARE for a period of up to 1 year or until you
successfully complete the course which ever comes first.
You may not use the SOFTWARE for any other purpose
including for any commercial remuneration or financial
reward which includes, but is not limited to,
remuneration from your normal employment, which is
deemed financial gain. You choose to pay the-then
applicable upgrade fee to continue using the SOFTWARE
based on the license you upgrade to and the additional
fee you pay. |
